This sandstone archway (including the columns and niche containing the bronze male nude sculpture) was not originally built for the garden, but was previoulsy the recessed main entrance to the London Chartered Bank of Australia in Sydney. On relocation, it became the dramatic backdrop and stage for the new outdoor Garden Theatre. [6147]
